RETURNS if accepted

“Service” and “Work” refers to the agreed upon service as discussed in the WWDS Client Proposal
Benchmark Edit: specific time and date that a web design client is able to request changes be made to their website. Benchmark edits are predetermined and are usually made before the final project is released. Additional Edits can be made before OR after a project is released.
SEO (search engine optimization): helps websites “rank” and be listed higher in a potential client’s search results of specific keywords.
Section/Block: in web design, a webpage is broken up into blocks or sections. a section or block is a portion of visual space on a webpage, below the header and above the footer.
Lead Capture Form: a box that allows potential clients or customers to take a special action, usually to submit their name and email in exchange for a predetermined service (coupon code, newsletter, website launch, or other types of notifications).

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
